Welcome to Zentor Medtech
The Next Generation of Refractive Surgery is Here
Zentor Medtech Pvt Ltd has pioneered the development of a solid-state ablation laser technology for the purpose of correcting refractive errors of the eye. Our technology has been validated by the treatment of over 300,000 patients worldwide over more than 15 years, with excellent clinical outcomes.
Following years of rigorous clinical testing and real-world surgical use, Zentor Medtech has now upgraded this proven technology to be more advanced, more precise and more robust. The new generation PULZAR Z+ solid-state ablation laser does not require any expensive or toxic gases — making it one of the most environmentally responsible refractive lasers in the world.
Precision Engineering
Solid-State Ablation Laser — How It Works
The high-performance PULZAR Z+ integrates solid-state crystal technology with an innovative tracking and mapping system to deliver truly customised treatment of a wide range of vision disorders — with Precise Vision as the outcome.
PRECISE HIGH-RESOLUTION ABLATION
The PULZAR Z+ solid-state laser generates an accurate 0.6mm beam spot with good control of spot characteristics — energy per pulse, fluence, and spatial profile — for superior ablation quality.
NO GAS CHEMISTRY REQUIRED
Three non-linear frequency conversion crystals generate the 213 nm UV wavelength from the Nd:YAG laser source, eliminating the need for toxic gases and cylinder storage.
PRECISE TRACKING TECHNOLOGY
A fast closed-loop 1 kHz eye tracking system with real-time position correction throughout the procedure. The intra-operative ZTRAK™ system uses limbus-based tracking.
PRECISE CUSTOM SURGERY SOLUTION
ZCAD™ automated surgical planning uses an intelligent pattern recognition technique to determine each patient's cyclorotation angle for a fully customized treatment plan.
PRECISE SOLID-STATE RELIABILITY
Designed for long-term consistency, high uptime, and minimal maintenance across diverse clinical environments.

What Leading Surgeons Say
Independent feedback from ophthalmic surgeons across five continents with direct clinical experience of the PULZAR solid-state refractive laser system.
In a word — economical. We deliver satisfactory LASIK results at much lower cost. This allowed doctors to perform the procedure with greater profitability.
Results are better with the Pulzar — more consistent, even in complex prescriptions and very high levels of astigmatism, compared to other excimer lasers I have used.
I really do like the solid-state refractive laser and have used it for the last few years without any serious hitches. It is very economical to run. There is less critical need for a dry ablation bed and the ablation is a little cooler.
The machine is fast, easy to use and very cost effective. With a well-organised clinic it is possible to do 40 patients (60-80 eyes) a day.
I have been running a LASIK clinic for more than 20 years and used various lasers — then finally switched to the solid-state laser. What stands out is the running cost compared to other lasers, which is significantly lower, without any difference in quality and results.
I feel the solid-state laser is really the future of refractive surgery. Excellent vision outcomes are achievable at a very competitive cost per eye, and patients benefit from a quieter, more comfortable procedure.
