Conventional excimer lasers require the cornea to be carefully dried before and during surgery, since fluid on the eye interferes with the laser’s accuracy. We design our laser differently. Using a 213nm wavelength, it’s absorbed far less by fluid on the eye than older excimer wavelengths, reducing the need for that strict drying process.

Our technology supports both surface surgery, such as PRK, and LASIK. Your surgeon can advise which approach is right for your eyes and your prescription.

We’ve presented clinical results using this technology at the Congress of the ESCRS, showing strong predictability, in published data, 95 to 98 percent of eyes achieved results within the intended correction target.
